Homie Gotta Eat: Maria Maria La Cantina
Whatta great place to eat! Too bad it’s six hours away from me! But in the search for the next fix…I would do it in a heart beat! Who’s down? All chubby people…UNITE! Let’s rent a minivan and carpool this thing to No-Cal!
This place is so good…I’ve yet to have something as original as this…except for the Spanish Kitchen in Los Angeles. Food and ambience is perfect…VERY CHICANO. It’s not afraid to be Aztlan….and you gotta love that.

at this point I trust your taste in food more than Arnold. He’s taken us to “great” places that have been average at best. Tacos del rio? Please, highly overrated!
